Hi! I'm Lucy, a 21 year-old writer and illustrator from Devon, England. 

 

I mostly write fantasy and horror fiction, but will also dabble in other genres now and again. I enjoy writing a range of fiction, from short pieces under a thousand words, to long fiction upwards of ten-thousand. 

 

My artwork is produced both digitally and traditionally through a blend of pencil and watercolour. My favourite thing to sketch would have to be people! I really enjoy designing the characters I write about in order to give them more depth.

When I'm not writing or drawing, I'm thinking about it instead! Living in the countryside give me a great deal of inspiration for settings for my pieces, and a lot of fictional locations I write about are based off of the world around me. If you think you know some of them then do tell me!

During my final year of university I have been working on a novel that doesn't yet have a title (though the series will likely be called Secrets of Nasseivin). Across my site you'll find small references to the main characters of that series, and even locations! I use the time that I'm not working on my novel to explore the world I've created even further.
